We had the pleasure of sitting down with Venn, a neighborhood-focused app and experience company. Their company ask to feature Bodyscape Boudoir in an article on their website about women-owned businesses in KC. In their article their writer, Becca Siegel said “Women-owned businesses are the threads that hold Kansas City’s local food, arts and fashion scene together. Want to meet a new friend? Get involved with a cause you care about? Discover a new place in the community? Check out these female-run spots where there’s always something good going on.”
When asked about our struggles and how we have overcame obstacles as a fairly young company, our answer was "We are still a very young company, I took the leap to sign the contract for our current location when Kansas City was initially shut down due to Covid. It's been a whirlwind ever since."
